COMPANY OVERVIEW
Mt. La Crosse welcomed its first skiers in the 1959-1960 season and has been a winter, family fun favorite in La Crosse ever since! Located on the south end of La Crosse, about ten miles from the downtown area, Mt. La Crosse provides breathtaking views of the river valley and bluffs to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. With a full-service rental and repair shop, private and group lessons, retail store, concessions and award-winning bar, Mt. La Crosse has many seasonal, full and part-time positions to fill. We are seeking teammates with energetic, positive and can-do attitudes to join our tight-knit team. These seasonal positions typically run November to mid-March and require some nights, weekends and holidays.
POSITION SUMMARY
If you love spending time in the snow and enjoy helping people, consider joining our Snowsports team! As an instructor, you'll help create a fun and supportive learning environment for guests of all ages and ability levels. Responsibilities include teaching snowboarding techniques through practice and guided clinics, helping guests improve their skills, and delivering friendly, high-quality customer service. No prior instructing experience needed - training provided.
