Full Job Description Position Summary:
Cooks prepare quality food in a fast- paced sports bar kitchen while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Stock and rotate food inventory properly
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep work and cleaning
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of
- house staff
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Help during busy meal periods and special events
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Reliable attendance and teamwork
