Position Details Starting wage:

$20+ per hour 48 hours per pay period Typical schedule: 11:00 AM-7:30 PM Work as part of a supportive dietary team What You'll Do As a Cook, you will help ensure our residents receive safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals while promoting dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with preparing and serving food according to established guidelines Bake and cook food for our residents Follow all applicable Federal and State food safety regulations Prepare meals and food items according to established menus and dietary requirements Store food properly and maintain food safety standards Prepare and label nourishments Deliver meals and nourishments as assigned Sanitize food preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils Assist with kitchen and dietary department duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful, and compassionate manner What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and takes pride in their work Has cooking and food preparation experience Has strong communication and teamwork skills Understands the importance of food safety and sanitation Is committed to treating residents with dignity and respect Can follow menus, recipes, schedules, and established procedures Works well in a fast-paced team environment Comprehensive Benefits Eligible employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package, based on applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms, including: Get access to your earned wages early!
