Culinary Cook Felician Village is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Culinary Cook to join our Culinary Services Team. For more than 135 years, Felician Village has been dedicated to providing quality care, service, and hospitality to seniors in a welcoming community sponsored by the Felician Sisters. We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing quality meals and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of residents and guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and quality standards. Assist with food preparation, portioning, stocking, and kitchen organization. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work environment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Provide friendly and respectful customer service to residents, guests, and coworkers. Work cooperatively with the Culinary Services Team to ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently. Follow established procedures for safe food preparation, storage, and handling. Assist with other kitchen and culinary duties as needed. Qualifications 1-3 years of cooking or meal preparation experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude when working with seniors, residents, guests, and coworkers.
