Summary We are seeking a Dietary Cook to join our team at The Cottages Senior Living & Memory Care. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. Assist in meal planning and menu development in collaboration with dietary staff. Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas. Provide exceptional service to residents during meal times, fostering a welcoming environment. Requirements Proven experience as a cook or in a culinary role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
