We're hiring Line Cooks to help power Waterlin's kitchen through breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. This is a full-service hotel restaurant with volume and variety — you'll never be bored, and you'll build real skills across multiple stations. What You'll Own Your station, mastered. Prep, cook, and plate consistently to recipe and presentation standards across breakfast, handhelds, entrées, and flats Speed and quality, together. Keep pace during a full house without letting quality slip — that balance is the job A clean, safe kitchen. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards on every shift, every time Teamwork on the line. Communicate clearly with your fellow cooks, the kitchen leadership, and the front of house so tickets move and plates go out right Inventory awareness.
