Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools efficiently and safely Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings based on customer preferences Ensure consistency in food production by adhering strictly to recipes and portion controls Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, restocking supplies as needed for continuous service Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences via to go and delivery Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, ideally within a restaurant or food industry setting, with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to ensure health standards are met Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume production environments Familiarity with dietary department requirements and dietary aide experience is a plus Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining flexibility for menu variations Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a dynamic environment where your skills make a real impact!
