As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable and hardworking cooks to join our team. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position includes short-order cooking, food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and working as part of a team to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently. Perform short-order cooking during busy service periods. Complete daily food preparation, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces and other ingredients. Maintain food quality and presentation standards. Keep workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas clean and organized. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Rotate and properly store food products using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Assist with inventory, stocking, and receiving deliveries. Work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely food service. Help with opening and closing kitchen duties. Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous cooking or restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Dependable and punctual. Ability to multitask and work well with others.
