Job Description
Cook Luther Manor 4545 North 92nd Street (Show on map) Sep 09, 2026 Luther Manor is looking for a Cook to join our team! 9:00am-6:30 PM Every other Weekend-Rotation on Holidays Our Dining Services department is a trusted partner to care for and provide excellent care to our residents. As a Cook you will prepare starches and assists with entree preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Luther Manor cooks follow specific dietary restrictions and provides alternatives for our residents. Must be 18 years of age
Previous cooking experience
Experience in quantity food production or its' equivalent
Basic math skills when adjusting recipes which includes measuring and scaling
Knowledge of safe and productive use of kitchen machines including mixers, processors, slicers, steamers, and computer-aided ovens
Ability to work in a kitchen environment which includes enduring temperatures ranging from -8 degrees to 100 degrees
Must be able to transport and empty food containers with an average weight of 50 lbs
Reports directly to the Sous-Chef or Executive Chef
