Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the established presentation standards
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and work areas
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with different cooking techniques and equipment used in a professional kitchen
• Experience working in a restaurant, catering, or dietary department is a plus
• Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals that are prepared with care.
