The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizza in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas, ensuring that all food safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including regular cleaning of workstations and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and high-quality service. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Handle cash register transactions accurately when necessary, utilizing retail math skills for efficient service. Experience Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus. Strong food handling skills and knowledge of food safety practices are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers in a busy environment. Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
