Line Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Experience in the food service industry or similar role
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
