Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols, including bussing tables and cleaning kitchen equipment regularly. Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Assist with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation needs during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable. Demonstrated culinary experience or food preparation skills within a restaurant or café setting. Proven ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with confidence. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store environments is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on friendly communication and upselling techniques.
