Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/ Grill Cook to join our team in a dynamic restaurant setting. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards.
- Assist with meal preparation, including pizzas, pastas, subs, and salads.
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Support catering events by preparing and presenting dishes as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and grinders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with menu planning and food presentation techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
