Duties Assist in planning and executing menus that meet dietary guidelines and client preferences Prepare, cook, and serve meals following established recipes and portion standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including food prep stations, cooking equipment, and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols for handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure compliance with health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery Support catering events by preparing food items and assisting with serving as needed Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a food industry or restaurant setting Knowledge of menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal presentation techniques Proficiency in using kitchen equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Excellent communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with slicing techniques, knife skills, and food handling procedures is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating quality meals in a fast-paced environment!
