Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Support the kitchen staff by helping with food handling tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling dishes, and plating food. pizza making experience with wood fired oven experience Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods. Participate in banquet preparations and assist during large events as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with their meals. Buss tables stacking wood for wood fired oven dishwashing of all flat wares during and after service Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory. Time Management to be ready for shift Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. pizza making skills will be in an open air concepts so guests will be able to see and hear Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide exceptional service to guests.
