What You'll Do:

Lead and support the automotive detailing team Assign and organize daily detailing workflow Ensure vehicles are cleaned and detailed to dealership standards Inspect completed vehicles for quality and attention to detail Train and support team members on proper detailing procedures Help ensure vehicles are showroom- and customer-ready Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Help drive quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
