Job Description
Shark Shine Mobile Detail & Luxury Home Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Mobile Auto Detailer to join our growing team part-time. This is not an entry-level position. Prior professional auto detailing experience is required. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. We specialize in high-quality mobile detailing for luxury, exotic and everyday vehicles throughout the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert and Chandler areas. Our team regularly works at high-end residences and estates, so professionalism, attention to detail and respect for our clients and their property are extremely important. We are looking for someone who is punctual, organized, dependable and takes pride in their work. You must be able to follow established procedures, checklists and direction, communicate professionally with clients and maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. The right candidate will be capable of working both independently and alongside our team. As you demonstrate consistency and reliability, you may be responsible for managing your own daily route and company vehicle. What we're looking for: Prior professional auto detailing experience — required Valid driver's license and clean driving record — required Strong interior and exterior detailing skills Excellent attention to detail Reliable, punctual and organized Ability to follow company procedures and direction consistently Professional appearance and communication skills Comfortable working around luxury, exotic and high-value vehicles Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Keeps vehicles, tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona conditions Pressure washing and window-cleaning experience is a plus Willingness to learn additional luxury home and estate services This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours and advancement as Shark Shine continues to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to become a reliable long-term member of the team—not simply pick up occasional detailing work.
