We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to develop real skills and grow with our team. This is more than a basic car-washing position. You'll work directly with a small, high-performing team, receive hands-on training, and learn professional detailing techniques with opportunities to advance as your skills develop. This is a mobile position , meaning you'll travel to customers' homes and businesses and work on-site using our fully equipped detailing setup. What You'll Be Doing Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing Vacuum, steam clean, shampoo, and restore vehicle interiors Perform exterior washes, wheel and tire cleaning, bug/tar removal, and apply waxes and paint sealants Detail vehicles ranging from well-maintained to heavily soiled Inspect your work carefully and correct missed areas before completing a job Maintain detailing tools, equipment, chemicals, and the mobile setup Communicate professionally with customers when needed Follow company procedures, quality standards, and detailing systems What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Good work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in San Diego county weather Comfortable with physical work, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods Professional attitude and communication Able to work independently once trained Detailing experience is preferred but not required . We provide hands-on training and are willing to train the right person.
