Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is presented in pristine condition. This role involves cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles to meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing exteriors. Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery. Conduct buffing to remove scratches and imperfections from the vehicle's surface. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Drive vehicles safely within the facility as needed for cleaning or customer service purposes. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize areas needing improvement or additional care. Familiarity with car wash techniques and custodial responsibilities is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to drive various types of vehicles safely.
