As a head detailer at Noah's Detailing, you would be in charge of a mobile rig and have one assistant detailer beneath you. This role is responsible for leading their mobile rig and completing a day of scheduled mobile detail appointments. This is a great opportunity for those with detail expierence and who are looking to find a company to grow with. Duties Lead your assistant detailer and ensure quality is up to standard at each appoitment Trusted to complete various types of detailing services such as Full Details, Waxes, Maitneance washes, exterior details, interior details and more. Time management of the route you are scheudled to run and maintaning communication with clients through out your day Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle, and always upholding company standards and following procedures Train team members on proper detailing techniques and customer service to ensure clients are happy Responsible for making sure quality is up to standard Upselling potential with performance pay metrics included Experience Experience in detailing (1-2 years) Strong leadership skills Experience in customer service preferred (1-2 years) Valid driving license with a clean driving record Familiarity with detailing processes and chemicals Notes We are looking for a confident, dependable, knowledgeable, and committed individual who enjoys detailing and is looking for a steady job.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
