In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors, scratch removal and paint correction/protection Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need attention. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in custodial work or car wash/detailing is preferred but not required. (3+ years experience preferred) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
