This is a full-time position responsible for getting newly acquired vehicles cleaned, detailed, and frontline-ready for sale . We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and comes to work ready to work . You will have vehicles assigned to you and will be expected to manage your workload, maintain quality standards, and keep vehicles moving through the detail process without needing constant supervision. Duties Perform exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and buffing using automotive buffers and cleaning equipment to achieve a flawless finish. Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, dashboard polishing, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles safely during service and testing processes. Apply safe work practices consistently to ensure personal safety and maintain a secure auto detailing facility environment. Conduct heavy lifting of vehicles or equipment as needed to facilitate thorough cleaning or detailing tasks. Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process, ensuring each car is presented in pristine condition before delivery. Use professional auto detailing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance, including buffing, polishing, and paint correction for a high-quality finish. Skills Proven experience with auto detailing, including vehicle exterior washing, interior cleaning, buffing, and paint correction. Strong knowledge of standard passenger car operation and safe work practices in an automotive environment. Familiarity with automotive buffers, heavy lifting techniques, and cleaning equipment used in auto detailing facilities. Experience with custodial tasks related to maintaining a clean auto detailing workspace. Knowledge of vehicle paint correction processes and automotive buffing techniques for optimal results.
