We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and being part of a positive team environment. Position Summary The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, recommending wash packages and memberships, processing transactions, and safely loading vehicles onto the conveyor. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Explain wash packages and promote unlimited membership plans. Assist customers in processing payments at our kiosk entry. Direct vehicles into the loading area. Safely guide and load vehicles onto the conveyor according to company procedures. Ensure customers understand vehicle positioning and safety instructions before entering the tunnel. Monitor loading operations and communicate with team members to maintain safe vehicle spacing. Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and free of debris. Perform routine site cleaning and light maintenance duties. Assist customers with questions and resolve concerns professionally. Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures. Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales and customer service goals. Qualifications Customer service or retail sales experience preferred. Ability to comfortably recommend products and memberships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds. Work in wet, noisy, and outdoor environments. Maintain awareness of moving vehicles and equipment.
