Donor and Data Specialist Decision Point Position Information Key Responsibilities:

Respond to donor questions via email and phone Manage donor caseloads, thank-you communications, pledges, and giving support Resolve failed transactions and assist with tax statements Maintain accurate donor records and communication preferences Merge duplicate accounts and correct contribution records Coordinate with Finance on donation processing and weekly batch verification

Application Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to learn quickly, multitask, and meet deadlines Comfortable with Google Docs and spreadsheets QuickBooks and Virtuous experience is a plus View Job Description on Church /
