Residential Cleaning Specialist

What You'll Do:

Perform residential and light commercial cleaning (Apartments) Dust, wipe, vacuum, and mop surfaces Follow detailed cleaning checklists Deliver consistent, high-quality results Work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability Detail-oriented with pride in your work Ability to work independently and stay on task Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check

Pay & Growth Opportunities:

Training Pay:

$16.50/hour (first 30 days)

Junior Cleaner:

Starting at $17.00/hour

Senior Cleaner:

Starting at $18.00/hour

Performance Bonus Program:
