We run three car washes in the Grand Junction area — Orchard Mesa, North Avenue, and Clifton. We're looking for one person to float across all three sites, learn the whole operation, and grow into running it. This is not a dead-end hourly job. We're hiring the person we want managing these washes a year from now. You'll start part-time learning the equipment and the customers, and as you prove out, we'll add hours, responsibility, and pay.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep the sites clean, stocked, and running — bays, vacuums, trash, chemicals
• Troubleshoot and maintain wash equipment (pumps, motors, dispensers, payment systems) — we'll train you
• Help customers: answer questions, sort out billing issues, sell memberships
• Handle cash, refunds, and basic site reporting
• Work with the rest of the crew to cover sites and share what you learn

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Mechanically inclined — you like figuring out how things work and fixing them
• Good with people, including the occasional unhappy one
• Reliable, and a team player. Our crew covers for each other.
• Valid driver's license and your own transportation between sites
• Able to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 lbs Nice to have:
• Some hands-on experience — car wash, auto, maintenance, equipment repair, trades, or anything where you worked with tools
• Interest in eventually managing a site or multiple sites You do not need car wash experience.

You need to be mechanical, dependable, and willing to learn.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

• 25/hour depending on experience, with raises as you take on more.

20-30 hours a week to start, with a path to full-time and a management role.
