Automotive Detailer D'Addario Automotive Group | Shelton, CT D'Addario Automotive Group has proudly served the Shelton community as a family-owned and operated dealership since 1968. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and every vehicle we deliver reflects that commitment. We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Automotive Detailer to join our New and Used Vehicle Detail Department. This position is primarily responsible for preparing new vehicles for customer delivery while maintaining the highest standards of appearance and quality. As a high-volume dealership, we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing outstanding results, works efficiently, and consistently delivers a showroom-quality finish. Compensation $17.00-$20.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Schedule Full-Time (42 hours per week)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturdays are required and are one of our busiest days. What You'll Do Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of new vehicles, with occasional used vehicle preparation Prepare vehicles to dealership standards for customer delivery Inspect completed vehicles to ensure exceptional quality and presentation Safely move and stage vehicles as needed Follow established detailing procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with the Detail Department and Sales Team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive detailing experience Experience with machine buffing and paint correction is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Takes pride in producing exceptional work every day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Basic life insurance Paid Time Off Opportunities for career advancement within our organization Ongoing training and coaching to help you grow professionally A modern, well-equipped detailing and service facility A supportive, family-owned workplace where hard work, quality, and teamwork are recognized and appreciated Requirements Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening If you're passionate about automotive detailing and enjoy seeing the results of your craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
