Overview Join our dynamic team as a Detailer and play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction! In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and passion for cars will ensure each vehicle leaves looking pristine and ready for the road. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing, and exterior washing. Execute car wash procedures efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paint and enhance shine, using appropriate tools and products. Conduct window tinting services when required, ensuring proper application without damage or bubbles. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies. Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit. Follow safety protocols during all detailing processes to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly valued for understanding cleaning procedures and attention to detail. Experience with car wash services or automotive detailing enhances your ability to deliver high-quality results. Familiarity with buffing, polishing, and window tinting techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills are essential to create positive interactions with clients and address their needs confidently. Valid driving license preferred for moving vehicles within the facility or assisting with vehicle positioning.
