In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in vehicle detailing, buffing, and paint correction will help deliver a polished, professional look that exceeds expectations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your attention to detail and passion for automotive care will shine. Responsibilities Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and using cleaning equipment to remove dirt and grime effectively Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore paint shine and smoothness Perform Ceramic coatings properly and correct Detail vehicle interiors thoroughly, including vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, dashboards, windows, and door jambs Use safe work practices while handling cleaning chemicals, heavy lifting, and operating manual transmissions or automotive buffing tools Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process to ensure a pristine final presentation Operate auto detailing equipment safely and efficiently within the detailing facility environment Skills Experience operating standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently Strong knowledge of safe work practices and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Skilled in vehicle paint correction, buffing, and automotive polishing techniques Proficient in automotive buffing tools, buffers, and other detailing equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing multiple vehicles daily Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients about their vehicle's condition Prior experience in auto detailing facilities or car wash environments is highly desirable
