We are a luxury and exotic automotive dealership specializing in high-end, performance, and collector vehicles. We are looking for a professional Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their work and understands that detailing an exotic vehicle requires a higher level of care, precision, and attention to detail than a standard vehicle. Our vehicles can represent significant investments for our customers, so we are looking for someone who treats every vehicle as if it were their own. Position Overview The Automotive Detailer is responsible for maintaining the appearance and presentation of our inventory, customer vehicles, and dealership vehicles. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, efficient, and experienced in working with luxury, exotic, performance, or high-end vehicles. You should be comfortable working with different materials and finishes, including delicate paint, carbon fiber, leather, Alcantara, specialty wheels, ceramic coatings, and other premium surfaces. Key Responsibilities Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of luxury and exotic vehicles. Wash, dry, clay, polish, wax, and protect vehicle surfaces as required. Safely clean high-end and specialty wheels and brake components. Clean and condition leather, Alcantara, plastics, carpets, and other interior surfaces. Identify scratches, imperfections, stains, paint defects, and other cosmetic issues. Prepare vehicles for showroom display, photography, customer delivery, and transportation. Maintain vehicles to a consistently high presentation standard. Perform pre-delivery inspections from a cosmetic/detailing perspective. Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership and surrounding areas. Maintain detailing equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies. Keep the detailing area clean, organized, and professional. Follow proper procedures when working with specialty finishes and delicate vehicle components. Communicate any vehicle damage or cosmetic concerns to management immediately. Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of dealership inventory.
