Experience leading a tunnel car wash is required, full service & detailing experience is also required. Please do not apply if you have no experience in these areas. Job Summary As the Car Wash Lead / Keyholder, you will report directly to the General Manager and you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the car wash. This includes leading the team, managing our labor costs, equipment maintenance, identifying up-sale opportunities, managing KPIs, keeping the grounds clean, and ensuring that cars are completed quickly and correctly. As a keyholder, you will also open and close the car wash. This role requires someone who is a strong leader of teams, organized, detailed, process-driven, mechanically inclined, and a very good communicator with high customer service skills. This is NOT a desk job. You will be working along side your team, thus being fit and able-bodied to perform all job functions at our car wash is essential and required. Responsibilities "Act like a General Manager" - Oversee all aspects of site operations and ensure operational excellence and superior customer experiences. Train, coach, develop, and support team members. Manage costs and drive performance to meet sales and revenue goals. Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment. Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize downtime. Identify opportunities for sales expansion including new services and up-sales when welcoming in a customer. Qualifications 3+ years of experience working at a car wash (required) 1+ years of experience leading a car wash (required) Strong mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated with strong time management and project management skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions What We Offer Full time or part time position based on your availability Competitive pay based on experience Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Tips - which are significant
