Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of presentation. This role involves various tasks related to vehicle detailing, including cleaning, buffing, and window tinting. A strong commitment to customer service is essential as you will interact with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure a pristine finish. Buff surfaces to remove imperfections and enhance the vehicle's appearance. Apply window tinting as required, adhering to legal guidelines and quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the detailing area and equipment used. Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as needed. Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning products and operating equipment. Requirements Previous experience in custodial work or car wash services is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in buffing techniques and attention to detail is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
