Job Description
The Driver/Car Washer provides professional, courteous, and efficient vehicle movement, vehicle cleaning, and client support services while maintaining a safe and organized operation. Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential to this position due to the daily operational and staffing requirements of the facility.

88M, 31B, LS, 3531, 5811, 3P0X1, 2T1X1 Coordinate vehicle and traffic flow throughout designated areas. Communicate vehicle procedures, information, and directions clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries. Monitor parking areas and report improperly parked or obstructing vehicles. Collect, secure, and properly return vehicle keys according to established procedures. Monitor traffic-flow peaks, vehicle congestion, and lot conditions and communicate operational concerns to Supervisor. Assist with maintaining efficient vehicle movement at all times. Safely operate, park, stage, and retrieve customer and company vehicles. Perform exterior vehicle washing. Perform basic interior cleaning, including vacuuming and cleaning designated interior surfaces, as assigned. Properly stage vehicles after washing and ensure vehicles are returned to their designated locations. Maintain car wash equipment, supplies, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Follow all traffic laws, ABM safety requirements, facility policies, and pedestrian-safety procedures. Perform a visual safety inspection before entering, moving, washing, or cleaning a vehicle and immediately report any existing vehicle damage, unsafe conditions, or other concerns to a Supervisor. Maintain designated work areas, vehicle staging areas, and car wash areas free of debris and unnecessary obstructions. Work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions. Maintain professional conduct and provide courteous service at all times. Report to work as scheduled, on time, and prepared to perform assigned duties. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential to maintaining proper staffing levels, vehicle flow, and service expectations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must meet applicable ABM driving requirements. Must be able to safely operate automatic-transmission vehicles. Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles is preferred. Ability to safely use vehicle washing and cleaning equipment and products. Ability to perform physical duties associated with washing, cleaning, parking, and moving vehicles. Must be able to work safely in an active environment involving moving vehicles, car wash operations, and pedestrian traffic. Must demonstrate dependable and consistent attendance and punctuality and be able to work assigned shifts as scheduled.
