This role is ideal for a skilled carpenter who can lead crews, manage job site tasks, and deliver high-quality work on residential and commercial renovation projects. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry (wood & metal framing, trim, siding, concrete, etc.) work Complete selective demolition and general construction tasks Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and crew members Ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements Assist with jobsite planning, scheduling, and material coordination Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain clean and organized work areas Support both residential and commercial projects as needed Requirements 3+ years of carpentry experience (rough and finish preferred) Experience with: Wood and metal framing Siding (wood, composite, Hardie) Concrete patching Drywall hanging Ability to read and follow construction plans Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Leadership or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have own tools Ability to work occasional evening or overnight shifts Preferred Qualifications Experience leading crews or acting as a foreman Background in renovation or commercial construction Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Location Multiple job sites across Central Florida In-person work required Why Work With Us At Falcon Design and Construction, you'll work on a variety of high-quality projects—from residential renovations to commercial builds.
