Job Description

Island Queen Cruises & Tours is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Boat Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and overall appearance of our vessels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working around boats, docks, water, and outdoor conditions and can work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize boat interiors and exteriors. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and seating areas. Clean bathrooms, sinks, tables, counters, windows, glass, and mirrors. Wash exterior surfaces, decks, railings, and seating areas. Clean and polish stainless-steel fixtures. Remove trash, dirt, salt, stains, and debris. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas. Properly use and store cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Complete assigned cleaning duties efficiently and on time. Follow all company and marine safety procedures.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team. Comfortable working around boats, docks, and water. Able to work outdoors in heat, sun, wind, and wet conditions. Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Able to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
