Job Summary Join our team as a Boat Detailer, where your passion for cleanliness and attention to detail will shine! In this role you'll be responsible for transforming boats into pristine, showroom-quality vessels. Your expertise in cleaning, buffing, and detailing will ensure every boat looks its best, providing our customers with an exceptional experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in marine detailing while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Thoroughly clean and detail boats, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a spotless finish Apply cleaning agents and other chemicals to protect and enhance boat surfaces Conduct janitorial tasks such as cleaning the head, decks, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups to ensure boats meet quality standards before delivery or display Maintain detailed records of work performed and report any damages or issues promptly Experience Prior experience in customer service or janitorial/custodial roles is highly valued Outside work experience. It's extremely hot in the Florida sun. Hands-on experience with car/boat/yacht washing, detailing, buffing, or similar cleaning services preferred Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and presentation Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers when needed Embark on a career where your dedication to cleanliness makes waves!
