Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Marine & Powersports Detailer to join our team. This position involves cleaning, detailing, and maintaining boats, jet skis, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other recreational vehicles to keep them looking showroom ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities Wash, wax, buff, and detail boats and powersports vehicles Clean interiors, upholstery, compartments, trailers, and storage areas Remove oxidation, water spots, and stains Apply ceramic coatings, protectants, and polishing products when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect vehicles for damage or areas needing additional attention Properly use detailing equipment, pressure washers, buffers, and cleaning chemicals Move and position units safely around the property Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Previous detailing experience Knowledge of boats, PWC, motorcycles, ATVs, or powersports equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to work in outdoor conditions and physically demanding environments Must be reliable and punctual Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license preferred
