I run a mobile auto detailing business here in Tampa and mainly am looking for someone to work as a contractor. I cannot provide any equipment related to paint polishing, correction, or ceramic coatings. I'm really just looking for anyone who has some skin in the game and will take up paint or ceramic coating jobs and occasionally interior cleaning or exterior cleaning jobs for me. If you're looking to become just an employee, I am interested as well, even if you have zero experience. (If you are instead employing to be an employe, the responsibilities and requirements do not apply.) Responsibilities Going to and from different detailing jobs on your own Have all your own equipment and perform jobs effectively Keeping clear communication with me Requirments- Strong understanding of safe work practices related to heavy lifting and chemical handling in an auto detailing environment. Solid customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about vehicle care needs. If you want to secure this job you will need to show me atleast multiple cars that you have done in the past, or a work history that aligns with this type of work.
