Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join us Orbit Car Wash Team Members. In addition to hourly compensation, team members receive $5/plan enrolled, as well as other incentives. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our car wash facility. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Team Members treat customers and colleagues with honor, dignity, and respect•all day, every day.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously. Vehicle Preparation Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage or potential issues before they enter the tunnel. Spray and brush customer vehicles before they enter the tunnel to ensure a perfect car wash. Guide customers onto the conveyor system and ensure vehicles are properly positioned for the wash process. Equipment Operation Operate the tunnel car wash machinery and equipment. Monitor the equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. Cleaning and Maintenance Regularly clean and maintain the facility. Safety and Security Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for both employees and customers. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist fellow employees when needed and contribute to a positive work environment. Promotion Promote membership plans to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service or car wash-related role is a plus but not necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Physical stamina to work outdoors, handle repetitive tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
