We are a two-time winner of the Quality Business Award, proudly trusted by government, corporate, and multi-vehicle dealership accounts. We are seeking a punctual, highly disciplined Assistant/ Trainee to join our mobile team. You will work directly under the CEO. You do not need master-level experience because we will train you on everything from the ground up, but you must possess a phenomenal work ethic, absolute respect for the brand, and an unyielding commitment to the 'Brown Standard of excellence." Responsibilities Assist with vehicle exterior washing, interior cleaning, and detailing to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and shine Operate standard passenger car vehicles safely within the auto detailing facility and during mobile appointments Use automotive buffers, polishing tools, and cleaning equipment effectively while adhering to safe work practices Perform vehicle paint correction and buffing to restore vehicle finishes and enhance appearance Support with window tinting services and other specialized detailing tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and sanitized Follow all safety protocols during heavy lifting, equipment handling, and driving to ensure personal and team safety Skills Basic knowledge of standard passenger car operation and safe driving practices Familiarity with vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, and auto cleaning techniques Experience or interest in automotive buffing, paint correction, and polishing processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling cleaning supplies or equipment Strong customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients and team members Experience with auto detailing facilities or car wash operations is a plus but not required Knowledge of custodial or janitorial practices related to vehicle cleanliness maintenance Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, steam cleaners, and pressure washers Attention to detail in vehicle finishing tasks like buffing, window tinting, and interior cleaning Willingness to learn new skills such as advanced detailing techniques or specialized treatments This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the automotive industry.
