• Fast Paced Professional Shop Great Gatsby Auto Spa Great Gatsby Auto Spa is looking for a motivated Auto Detailer to join our team.

We are looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in a professional detailing environment. Previous detailing experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. What We Offer Flexible hours

• our shop is open 7 days a week Excellent tip potential Referral fees and sales commissions Sales training available to help increase your earning potential Professional shop with professional-grade products and equipment Hands-on training and opportunity to develop detailing skills Room for advancement into a supervisory role What You'll Do Complete interior and exterior detailing services Work efficiently while maintaining our quality standards Learn proper detailing techniques, products, and equipment Work alongside other detailers and split larger jobs as a team Work within our shop management and CRM software to manage jobs and customer information — training provided Assist with specialty services as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next vehicle Help provide a professional experience for every customer What We're Looking For Self-motivated and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Team player who is comfortable sharing jobs and responsibilities Comfortable learning and using basic computer/software systems Willing to learn and take direction Good communication skills Previous professional detailing or polishing experience is a plus This is a good opportunity for someone who wants more than just an hourly job.
