In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and window cleaning. Detail vehicles by applying wax, buffing surfaces, and ensuring all areas are spotless. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties as needed. Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area with care. Provide information about additional services such as window tinting or detailing options. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in car washing and detailing is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles.
