Position Overview SweetCars is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for an individual who takes pride in producing exceptional results and has a passion for working on some of the finest luxury, exotic, classic, and performance vehicles in the industry. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in professional automotive detailing, a keen eye for perfection, and a commitment to delivering a first-class customer experience. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on customer and SweetCars-owned vehicles Execute advanced detailing techniques to achieve exceptional vehicle presentation Perform paint correction services (when qualified) Apply ceramic coatings (when qualified) Inspect completed work to ensure it meets SweetCars' quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced detailers as needed Work efficiently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship Provide a professional and positive customer experience Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of professional automotive detailing experience required Experience detailing luxury, exotic, classic, or high-end vehicles is preferred Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating applications is a plus, but not required Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunity available Benefits Include 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
