Position Overview We are looking for full-time and part-time Automotive Detailers / Quality Inspectors to join our team. Detailers and Quality Inspectors play an important role in the customer experience. Not only are you responsible for making sure our customers' vehicles are clean and presentable, but you also provide the final set of eyes on each repair before the vehicle is returned to the customer. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, pays attention to detail, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform daily vehicle check-in and check-out procedures Thoroughly clean and detail customers' vehicles Perform exterior vehicle washing and cleaning Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors Complete interior and exterior glass cleaning Perform final quality inspections of completed repairs Identify areas that may need additional attention before the vehicle is returned to the customer Maintain clean and organized shop floors throughout the repair center Work under supervision and as part of a team Follow company procedures and quality-control standards Perform all duties while keeping the company's core values in mind Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Pride in producing quality work Willingness to learn and follow instructions Previous detailing or automotive experience is not required — we will train the right person Full-Time Position Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Full-time employees are eligible for: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401K with 3% company contribution (no match necessary) Holiday Pay Vacation Pay Uniform Allowance Part-Time Position 20-30 hours per week Flexible schedule Ideal for someone looking for a part-time position while maintaining other commitments Why Join Enneking Auto Body?
