Job Description

Are you passionate about cars and take pride in making things look brand new? We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Full-Time Automotive Reconditioning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing our inventory for the lot and customer delivery. You will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and inspecting vehicles inside and out to ensure they meet our highest standards of presentation and quality. No prior detailing experience necessary—we are happy to train anyone with a strong work ethic and a great attitude!
Key Responsibilities Interior & Exterior Detailing:
Thoroughly wash, vacuum, steam clean, shampoo, polish, and wax new and pre-owned vehicles.
Vehicle Preparation:
Prep vehicles for photography, the showroom floor, vehicle delivery, and customer pick-up.
Inspection & Quality Control:
Perform final visual inspections to ensure all reconditioning work meets dealership standards.
Inventory Movement:
Move vehicles safely around the lot, shop, and wash bay as needed.
Equipment & Shop Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; properly care for detailing tools and equipment. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship. Great work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
Schedule & Benefits Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Competitive Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
