We are a large and rapidly growing dealership group with multiple locations , and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Buff & Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing a high-quality finish and has hands-on experience with wet sanding, paint correction, buffing, polishing, and paint touch-up . Responsibilities Buff and polish vehicles to achieve a clean, professional finish Perform wet sanding and paint correction Complete paint touch-up and minor cosmetic repairs Remove scratches, imperfections, oxidation, and other paint defects Prepare vehicles for delivery, display, and sale Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality Requirements Previous professional experience in automotive buffing and polishing is required Hands-on experience with wet sanding is required Experience with automotive paint touch-up is required Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us?
