You'll start by learning and mastering our detailing operations, with the potential to grow into a General Manager position and eventually take ownership of running the day-to-day operation yourself. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and buffing to restore vehicles' original luster using automotive buffers and cleaning equipment Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, cleaning carpets, upholstery, windows, and dashboard surfaces to ensure a spotless interior environment Apply vehicle paint correction techniques and auto detailing procedures with precision and care Safely operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles during service appointments Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process, adhering to safe work practices at all times Utilize janitorial and cleaning supplies effectively to achieve high-quality results in vehicle presentation Offer excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any questions or concerns Requirements No prior experience is required. Experience in auto detailing, vehicle washing, interior cleaning, or auto buffing is a plus, with automotive buffer experience being especially valued. Experience working in an auto detailing facility or car wash environment preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining vehicle exterior and interior quality standards Valid driver's license with the ability to operate standard passenger cars; manual transmission experience is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions Pay $17/hr + Tips +Performance Incentives.
