As an RV Prep & Detail Specialist , you'll be responsible for transforming recreational vehicles from travel-worn to showroom-ready. Your attention to detail will help customers begin their next journey with confidence, excitement, and a spotless home on wheels. At Manpower , we believe meaningful work builds stronger communities. As our next RV Prep & Detail Specialist , you'll be part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering a first-class customer experience. 2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Clean and detail the interiors of recreational vehicles to showroom standards. Wash windows, clean carpets, and dust furniture, trim, and cabinetry. Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, appliances, sinks, and surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures and surfaces. Wash, clean, wax, and buff RV exteriors. Clean exterior compartments and storage areas. Operate pressure washing equipment when needed. Use cleaning products, brushes, cloths, hoses, and other detailing equipment safely and effectively. Assist with shop cleanup and organization. Help maintain a clean and professional dealership lot. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Customer service-focused mindset. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to efficiently complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Nice-to-Have Previous detailing, automotive, RV, boat, or equipment cleaning experience. Experience using pressure washers, buffers, or waxing equipment.
