Job Description :

Job Summary Responsible for performing demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and related construction duties to support project completion. Executes tasks independently to ensure timely and quality project outcomes. Collaborates with team members to address project needs and resolve issues. Maintains safety standards and adheres to project specifications in all work performed. Essential Functions

• Installs metal studding, framing, and ceiling structures.
• Installs, finishes, sands, and paints drywall and ceilings.
• Installs door frames, hangs doors, and installs all types of trim.
• Runs copper lines and brazes connections, excluding medical gas.
• Runs drain lines for plumbing fixtures.
• Runs control wiring as directed.
• Installs light fixtures, head walls, and related trim.
• Applies and installs all types of fireproofing materials.
• Performs field changes to blueprints and documents modifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
